Heritage Square - 300 Broadway
Historic Marine City Hall was built in 1884 and designed by the firm of George Dewitt Mason and Zachariah Rice. Heritage Square and 300 Broadway were placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior in 1982. The Heritage Square Historic District was established by the Marine City Commission in 2008 and protected by the Historic District Ordinance in 2014.
The 300 Broadway/Heritage Park Bandstand is a beautiful covered bandstand reminiscent of the original structure built in 1908, and is equipped with electricity and a barrier free walkway system. It can accommodate approximately 30 people. The Bandstand is the perfect structure for small weddings, intimate concerts and performances, and vintage inspired photographs. Rental options are available 7 days a week (excluding major holidays and community events). The City Commission shall have the authority to waive or modify any fees or policies associated with the use of the 300 Broadway/Heritage Park Bandstand.
